This form must be in our office no less than 24 hours prior to the auction. If prospect attends preview, agent must attend with prospect. Agent and/or Prospect must provide auctioneer with a reasonable starting bid amount on the day of sale. Additionally, agent must attend sale and co-register with prospect on auction day. Only the first broker to register the high bidder will be paid the commission of of the sales price. Agents acting as principals, on behalf of other licensed agents or on behalf of family members, or who represent prospects who have had prior contact with the Seller or Auction Company are not eligible.
